1. The service
RentReaper monitors publicly available rental listings and sends automated alert and enquiry emails on your behalf. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and payment
The service costs £7 per month, billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate Gmail credentials for the service to function
- Enquiry emails are sent from your Gmail account. You are legally responsible for the content of those emails
- You must not use RentReaper to send misleading, fraudulent or harassing communications
- You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe
4. No guarantees
RentReaper monitors listings on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:
- That all listings will be detected
- That enquiry emails will result in viewings or tenancies
- Uninterrupted service availability
Third-party sites (Rightmove, OnTheMarket) may block or limit scraping at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
RentReaper is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, missed listings, failed emails, or actions taken by letting agents.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time via Stripe. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
